It is easy to spot a taxi at Athens International Airport. There are plenty queuing at the arrival level, just outside of the exit doors 2 and 3.
Although you may need to queue for your taxi, it is still the fastest and easiest option to reach Rafina port from Athens airport. If you are in a rush for your ferry, this is definitely the best option.
If you have a little time on your hands, then I would suggest taking the public bus, it is 10 times cheaper and you will still get to see all the views of Athens on the way. However, if you are in a rush for your ferry, definitely take a taxi.

There is a public bus, (KTEL) that runs from Athens airport to Rafina Port approximately every hour, from 04:40am to 20:45pm. Tickets can be purchased directly from the bus driver, and the price is 3€ one-way. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes.
