Buses run very frequently during the day, however, there are very few buses running on the weekend or during holidays, and there is no bus service at night.

If you are carrying a lot of luggage, or are in a bit of a hurry, I would suggest choosing a different form of transportation. Although the public buses are very reliable and cheap, the journey times are very long.
