Regular one-way train tickets to the Central station cost 12.50€ (115 HK$).
Train tickets can be purchased either from the automated ticket machines or the Airport Express Customer Service Centres on the arrivals hall, using cash or cards.

The Airport Express station is located in the terminal building and only 50 metres away from the arrivals hall.
The train journey from Hong Kong airport to the city centre of Hong Kong is very quick and cheap. Moreover, the Airport Express trains offer free Wi-Fi, TV and power charging sockets.
Please note that once you arrive at the Central station you can use the free MTR shuttle bus that travels to 50 nearby hotels.

There are public buses that run from the airport to the city centre of Hong Kong. The most popular is the bus A11 which stops at Hong Kong's City Hall, Connaught Road Central. Those buses depart from the airport every 20 minutes and the average travel time over 1 hour and 15 minutes because they do multiple stops.
Waiting time for the bus is around 20 minutes.
The A11 buses run from 06:10 a.m to 00:30 a.m. The night buses N11 run from 00:50 a.m to 04:50 a.m.
How much is the bus from Hong Kong airport to city centre?
Regular bus tickets cost 4.40€ (40 HK$) and can be purchased either from the Airport Ground Transportation Centre or straight from the driver.
Where do I get it from?
The public buses depart from the Airport Ground Transportation Centre which is located just outside of the arrivals hall, on the right side.
The double deck "Cityflyer" public buses offer free Wi-Fi and they are equipped with visual displays and audio recordings that provide important information about each stop in English and Chinese.
There is also a night bus, N11, that travels from the airport to the city centre every 30 minutes from 00:50 a.m to 04:50 a.m. Tickets for the N11 cost 3.40€ (31 HK$).
Once you get off the bus, you will have access to major MTR metro lines.
Pay the exact amount to the driver because he will not give you change.
It is recommended to get an Octopus Card if you are planning to travel by buses or trains during your stay.
