When travelling from Hong Kong airport to Disneyland taxis are by far the best option. In addition, you can hire any type of taxi for your transfer (Urban-red, New Territories-green, Lantau-blue). Without traffic, a trip with a taxi from Hong Kong airport to Disneyland should not take more than 15 minutes.

The taxi station of Hong Kong airport can be reached by the left-hand ramp outside the arrivals hall.

Then you will to get on the Tung Chung train line and stop at Sunny Bay station. From there, a second change is required in order to get on the Disneyland resort line. The average travel time of the whole train journey is approximately 35 minutes.
Waiting time for the trains is around 30 minutes.

How much is the train from Hong Kong airport to Disneyland?
Regular one-way train tickets to Disneyland cost 7.60€ (70 HK$).
Train tickets can be purchased either from the automated ticket machines or the Airport Express Customer Service Centres on the arrivals hall, using cash or cards.
Where do I get it from?
The Airport Express station is located in the terminal building and only 50 metres away from the arrivals hall.
Once you get at Tsing Yi and Sunny Bay stations just follow the signs in order to get on the correct train.
Having to change trains two times for such a short distance can be very inconvenient and challenging, especially if you are travelling with children and many pieces of luggage.
The average train travel time is 35 minutes. However, you must wait for each train at least 10-20 minutes every time you switch lines.
The Airport Express train ticket is valid for the other lines as well.
Make sure you are getting on the correct train when switching lines.

How to get from Hong Kong airport to Disneyland by bus
In order to travel from Hong Kong airport to Disneyland by bus you will have to change buses at least once since there is no direct bus line between the two locations. However, you may take any bus from the airport with a prefix A or E and get off at the first stop, Lantau Link Toll Plaza Bus Terminus. Then, just get on the R8 bus line towards Disneyland. The whole bus trip will take approximately 30 minutes.
Waiting time for the buses is around 20 minutes.

How much is the bus from Hong Kong airport to Disneyland?
The price of an airport bus ticket ranges from 2.25€ (21 HK$) to 5.50€ (50 HK$), depending on the route. Bus tickets can be purchased either from the Airport Ground Transportation Centre or straight from the driver.
A single one-way ticket for the R8 bus line costs 0.75€ (7 HK$).
Therefore, you can pay as little as 3€ for the whole bus journey to Disneyland.

The public buses depart from the Airport Ground Transportation Centre which is located just outside of the arrivals hall, on the right side.
Once you arrive at Lantau Link Toll Plaza Bus Terminus, look for the R8 buses.
Since you have to change bus lines, the short journey can become very inconvenient after a long flight. On the other hand, taxi transfers are quick, comfortable and inexpensive if you are travelling with a group that can split the fare.
There used to be a "Disneyland shuttle bus" which operated the route between the airport and Disneyland, but it got discontinued.
The waiting time for the R8 bus is around 20 minutes.
Pay the exact amount to the bus driver because he will not give you change.
