There are four passenger terminals at Chicago O’Hare Airport – Terminals 1, 2, 3 (T1-3), and 5 (T5). Connected airside by a pedestrian walkway, Terminals 1-3 are used for domestic flights, allowing transiting passengers to move freely between gates.
Located in a separate building, Terminal 5 is the international terminal, used primarily for overseas flights. On the landside, movement is possible between T5 and the domestic terminals via shuttle bus or the Airport Transit System, and on the airside, there is another dedicated shuttle service.
