Terms & Conditions of Welcome Travel Technologies Holdings Ltd “Prize Draw”

This Prize Draw (“the Prize Draw”)  is being run by Welcome Travel Technologies Holdings Ltd (“The Company”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering the Prize Draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

CONTENT

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.The Company may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw or competition.

1.2 Employees, contractors, and affiliates of the Company, or any of its subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.3 Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.

2. Entry

2.1 No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the Prize Draw.

2.2 Participants can enter the Prize Draw by completing the relevant online form with the information needed.

2.3 Multiple entries by the same person will not be accepted.

2.4 The Company  will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

3. Prize

3.1 The Prize for this Prize Draw is a coupon provided by the Company with a fixed value of fifty (50) € (euros). This coupon can only be used for transfers calculated in euros and is valid for a single use, even if the value of the trip is less than fifty (50) € (euros). If the value of the trip exceeds this amount, the coupon will provide a discount of 50 € (euros) off the total cost.

3.2 The coupon must be used within one year from the day it is sent to the winner. Any unused coupon after this period will expire and become void.

3.3 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other Prizes

3.4 The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Prize, if applicable.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 A winner will be selected at random on a monthly basis from all eligible entries received within each calendar month.

4.2 The Draw will take place online using a third-party service, ensuring transparency and fairness. 

4.3 The winner will be notified by e-mail  within 7 days of the Draw date.

4.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Privacy and Publicity

5.1  Personal information collected during the Prize Draw will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2  By participating in the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and submission for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Disqualification

6.1 We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

7. Changes and Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the monthly Prize Draw or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

7.2 The monthly Prize Draw will continue until the 31st of December 2023 unless terminated earlier by us.

8. Release and Liability

8.1 By participating in the Prize Draw, participants release the Company and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
