The Wallet is where we store the rewards you earn, such as credits and coupons, from various Welcome Pickups experiences. This centralized space allows you to conveniently track and manage your rewards, all at a glance.
As long as you have an active Welcome Pickups account, your Wallet will remain active.
For each friend who completes their first transfer, you will receive €5 in credits.
When your friends join Welcome Pickups, they will receive €5 in credits. These credits can be redeemed towards their upcoming transfers.
There are different ways to earn rewards across Welcome Pickups and one good place to keep an eye out for them is in the Wallet under your Profile.
To spend your rewards, sign in to your Welcome Pickups account and pay with your Wallet at the payment stage before selecting another payment method for the remaining amount.
Yes, but note that if the amount to be paid is not in the same currency as your rewards, we’ll automatically convert them for spending using the exchange rate at the moment of booking confirmation.
For bookings with free cancellation: We’ll automatically refund the rewards you used.
For bookings with partial refunds: First, we’ll refund a partial amount to your chosen payment method, up to the amount paid with that method. Afterward, any remaining amount will be refunded as Credits and/or coupons.
For non-refundable bookings: Credits used will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, not. Earned rewards can’t be used on past bookings, even if the actual traveling is in the future.
It depends on where your rewards were earned and what terms and conditions were set. Go to your Transactions activity for the expiry dates of what you’re currently holding.
Can I extend the expiry date of my Credits?
As a general rule, we don’t offer reward validity extensions. Please make sure all your rewards are spent before their expiry dates.
