Terminal A

Terminal D
Operating Airlines: AeroMexico, Air France, American Airlines, Avianca, British Airways, Emirates, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, Lufthansa, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Sun Country Airlines, Viva Aerobus, and Volaris.

Terminal E
Operating Airlines: Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Air Canada, Breeze Airways, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Spirit Airlines, United Airlines, and WestJet.

Arriving at Dallas Airport
The arrivals process at Dallas Airport has been streamlined and color-coded to help international passengers move through Passport Control and Customs as quickly as possible.
For Canadian and U.S. citizens, download and use the Mobile Passport Control (MPC) application – or for an even faster experience, sign up for the Global Entry Program – then follow the orange signs.
If you’re entering on a B1/B2 visa or with an Electronic System for Travel Authorization, follow the purple signs to the Automated Passport Control kiosks, where you’ll be prompted to answer some customs questions before printing off a slip.
All other visitors should follow the gray signs and speak to an officer at one of the Customs and Border Protection booths.
Regardless of which category you fall under, all Dallas Airport arrivals should carry a valid passport with 6 months’ validity and apply for any necessary visas before attempting to travel. Once you’ve passed each step, you can make your way to the Baggage Claim area to collect your luggage, ready to start your holiday!
Dallas Airport Transport
For those headed to Downtown Dallas, you’ll find a taxi stand outside each Dallas-Fort Worth Arrivals Hall, on the lower level. If you prefer to book in advance, you can secure a fixed fare with a Welcome Pickup’s Dallas Airport Transfer, which takes as little as 25 minutes. Alternatively, the DART Rail departs from Terminal A, stopping at St Paul Station in the city center after around 1 hour.
If you’re not traveling to Dallas, the TEXRail Station is located at Terminal B, providing regular services to Fort Worth, or you can catch the Trinity Railway Express for destinations in between.

What to do in Arrivals at Dallas Airport?
Services for arrivals at Dallas Airport are somewhat limited, but you’ll still find everything you need to start your trip on the right foot. Visitors will have access to free WiFi, toilets, an Information counter, car rental booths, vending machines, ATMs, chapels, and duty-free stores.

Dallas Airport Arrivals Parking
If you need to be picked up from Dallas Airport Arrivals, one-hour parking slots are available in each terminal in the first row. Parking can be pre-booked and paid for, with rates ranging from $2 to $3 (€1.7–2.60).
Alternatively, friends and family can wait in the nearby Cell Phone lot for up to 2 hours free of charge. Once you’ve collected your luggage, simply phone or text them to let them know you’re ready to be collected, and they can pull up right at the curb.
