What is Welcome Pickup’s Ambassador Programme?
Our travellers, employees and community are at the forefront of what we do, and our ambassador programme is no different. As we grow, our community grows – and we don’t want any of you to miss out. So if you’re an expert in your destination and know plenty of potential Welcome partners that would benefit from our unbeatable 5-star transfer solution, then this one’s for you.
This programme is based on referrals and allows travel professionals like you to monetise your pre-existing network and earn commissions from new B2B customer referrals. Potential partners must be located in an active Welcome Pickups destination and qualify to use our solution specifically designed for hotels, vacation rentals, web affiliates, tour operators and travel agents. What’s more, the programme is free to join and you’ll receive plenty of onboarding material and support to get you off to a good start.
What does it take to be a Welcome Ambassador?
There’s no single characteristic that makes up a Welcome Ambassador. We are a diverse and inclusive company that welcomes people from all over the world. However, there are a couple of things you’ll need to work with us. Our ambassadors must be either a freelancer, a consultant or a travel professional and have an established network within the travel or hospitality industry.

Umar, London
Five months ago, Umar made the difficult decision to leave his job of eight years at a major online travel tech company to become a freelance travel consultant. Dealing with this big change wasn’t easy and he quickly started searching for ways to generate more revenue to support his career change.
