Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport is a small regional airport located in the Cappadocia region of Turkey. Around 700 thousand passengers pass through the airport each year, with less than 1% of all traffic being international flights.
Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR), a larger and more modern airport, is situated about one hour outside of Göreme, making Nevşehir Airport (NAV) the closer of the two. However, with only two main carriers — Turkish Airlines and AJet — flight choices are limited.

The terminal at Nevsehir Airport is a single-storey building with basic facilities and limited seating areas. The waiting area for flights is located next to the check-in counters, of which there are seven. Both domestic and international flights use the same entrance, and there are just two boarding gates.
