Oslo Airport

Oslo Airport provides assistance services to passengers with reduced mobility, visual or hearing impairment, asthma and allergies, heart or lung disease, stoma patients, and DPNA passengers.

You can book assistance service online at the same time as you make your travel arrangements with the airline or travel agency, at least 48 hours before departure.

Alternatively, you can contact the assistance service via Avinor’s travel app, by phone at + 47 64 821 900 daily from 05:00 to 20:00, or via email at [email protected].

You may still ask for assistance upon arrival but you will need to allot more time and service can’t be guaranteed during busy periods.

When booking assistance, you should arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and to the Schengen area, and 2.5 hours before flights outside the Schengen area. When you arrive at the airport, head to one of the assistance meeting points in the terminal.

You need to add one more hour if you need assistance to check in or if you need assistance from a meeting point outside the departure hall, like the bus, train, or taxi station.

You can store luggage inside the airport in Oslo 24/7 at the Baggage Storage available in the Parking Garage P10 located on Level 1 next to the terminal building. If you’re in Arrivals, follow the signs to the parking garage.

You can store baggage for up to 7 days and payment is possible only by credit/debit card. For storage of more than 7 days or items that do not fit in the lockers, you can contact Oslo Airport Lost and Found at +47 90 515 196 from 06:00 to 22:00 or via e-mail at [email protected] for price and conditions.

Oslo Airport also provides Porter Service if you need assistance with your luggage to/from car parks, nearby hotels, train or bus stations, and taxi ranks to check-in inside the terminal.

The service must be booked no later than 72 hours before your departure via email at [email protected].

You can pleasantly pass the time until your flight departure in an Oslo Airport Lounge. Four of them are located above the shopping area at Gate Area E and you may use the stairs and/or lift by Starbucks to access them. The Domestic SAS Lounge is located one floor up on the opposite side of Gate A2 and the OSL Lounge is located one floor up by Gate A15.

Lounges for SAS and SkyTeam passengers

SAS International Lounge is located one floor up by Starbucks close to gate E2. For passengers who either have a SAS Plus or Business ticket with SAS or a SkyTeam partner. SAS International Lounge’s opening hours follow international SAS flights.

SAS Gold Lounge is for those who hold a EuroBonus Diamond, Gold, or Elite Plus card within SkyTeam. SAS Gold Lounge’s opening hours follow international SAS flights.

SAS Domestic Lounge is located on the domestic pier, by gate A2. For passengers holding a EuroBonus Diamond, Gold, SAS Plus, or Business ticket on domestic flights have access to this lounge. SAS Domestic Lounge’s opening hours follow domestic SAS flights.

You need to have a valid same-day boarding pass on a SAS or SkyTeam flight departing from Oslo Airport. Purchases can be made both online and at the reception desk, depending on capacity.

Oslo Airport WiFi is available free of charge to everyone, whether they are traveling or not. You can set it up by selecting the’ AIRPORT’ wireless network. Then open your browser, select ‘Free’ on the start page and you are online. You get 4 hours of free access and you can log in again if you need more time. You also have the option to buy more time and a faster connection.
