Terminal 1
Location: The Arrivals Hall is located on Level 1.

Arriving at Toronto Airport
After landing, Toronto International Airport Arrivals can proceed to the Immigration area, where they will need to present a valid passport. To help streamline the process, passengers with an electronic passport can use a primary inspection kiosk (PIK) or eGate, or they may approach an officer at one of the counters.
The majority of visitors to Canada need to apply for a visa or an electronic travel authorization (eTA) before traveling. If you used the PIK mentioned above, you will have also submitted your Customs declaration and received a receipt to hand to the Customs officer on duty. Otherwise, you will need to fill in a Customs declaration card.
Finally, you can proceed to the Baggage Claim area and collect your luggage. Each baggage carousel corresponds to a flight; simply refer to the display screens to find which one is yours.
Toronto Airport Transport
Toronto Airport arrivals can choose between a local Toronto Airport taxi, train, bus, or pre-booked Toronto Airport transfer to reach their downtown hotel or destination.
From the Pearson Airport Arrivals in Terminal 1, take the elevator or lift down one level to the ground transportation area to find the bus, train, or taxi. At Terminal 3, buses and taxis depart from outside the Arrivals Hall, and to catch the train, you’ll first need to take the Terminal Link to Terminal 1.

Toronto Airport Arrivals Parking
If a friend or loved one is picking you up, the best place for them to park is within the Cell Phone Waiting Area. Parking is free for up to 45 minutes, and they can move to the pick-up zone to collect you once you’ve notified them you’re ready.
Alternatively, you can meet outside the Viscount train station, which is connected to Pearson Airport Arrivals 24/7 via train. Lastly, short-term parking is available for up to 3 hours at the Terminal 1 Express Park or the Terminal 3 Daily Park.
