Warsaw Airport Guide

Warsaw Airport in Poland is fully accessible and assistance for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility is available at every step of the journey within the airport premises. If you’re departing from Warsaw Airport, you can report your arrival at one of the 4 marked Information intercom pillars at the Departure Level or any information desk inside the terminal.

Accessible facilities are marked and include the following:

• Extended waiting time in the Kiss & Fly Zone after intercom notification.
• Assistance meeting points in the public area.
• Grooved floor panels and TOTUPOINT® navigation and information system to facilitate orientation for blind and visually impaired travellers.
• Selected check-in, information, and transfer desks equipped with hearing induction loops.
• Dedicated lanes at Security Control.
• Lowered check-in and information desks.
• Lowered drinking fountains.
• Accessible toilets in both public and restricted areas.
• Dedicated rest area for departing passengers in the Schengen area.
• Designated parking spaces next to the lifts at the paid P1 car park.

Warsaw Chopin Airport has many Executive Lounges to choose from, some accessible to all departing passengers, and others accessible only to passengers flying with certain airlines. You can access any Warsaw Chopin Airport lounge no earlier than 3 hours before your scheduled departure and you can enjoy a variety of services, including self-service bars, charging stations, television, flight information screens, toilets, and showers.

To access any Warsaw Airport lounge, you can purchase your ticket online, at the two self-service kiosks at the airport near the Fast Track crossings, or directly at the salon reception.

PRELUDIUM Executive Lounge

• Location: near Gate 34/35
• Opening hours: 05:00 – 22:00
• Access: Holders of Business Pass, Business Pass Premium or entrance fee of €44 (PLN 190) per passenger.

FANTAZJA Executive Lounge

• Location: near Gate 34/35
• Opening hours: 05:00 – 20:00
• Access: Holders of Business Pass, Business Pass Premium or entrance fee of €44 (PLN 190) per passenger.

LOT Business Lounge “Polonez”

• Location: near Gate 24/26
• Opening hours: 05:00 – 23:00
• Access: LOT and other Star Alliance airlines passengers only.

NON-SCHENGEN AREA

ETIUDA Executive Lounge

• Location: near Gate 1N-4N
• Opening hours: 06:30 – 22:00
• Access: Holders of Business Pass, Business Pass Premium, passengers presenting a valid membership, loyalty or other card issued by a PPL contractor, or entrance fee of €44 (PLN 190) per passenger.

LOT Business Lounge “Mazurek”

• Location: non-Schengen area
• Opening hours: 06:15 – 23:00
• Access: LOT and other Star Alliance airlines passengers only.

Warsaw Airport has a luggage storage service on the Arrivals Level between zones B and C on the sidewalk near the Terminal. There are 27 luggage lockers of different sizes and you can store your luggage for up to 72 hours.

There is a 24-hour charge, which is payable in advance, regardless of how long you will use the locker. The charge is payable in advance and the price varies from €5 (PLN 22) to €5.80 (PLN 25) per day. You can pay by card or cash but note that only coins of 1, 2, and 5 Zlotys are accepted and the machine doesn’t provide change.

Luggage wrapping service is available at the public Departures Hall between Islands D and E near the Terminal entrance. The service is available 7 days a week from 04:00 to 21:00 and costs from €13.60 (PLN 59) to €22.80 (PLN 99) per bag.

Warsaw Airport WiFi is free of charge anywhere inside the airport. Log in to the “Chopin Airport” network and visit the website that will launch automatically; follow the instructions to connect and you will have free online access.
