Bogota El Dorado Airport has integrated numerous accessible features into its design, from elevators and ramps to braille and multilingual signs.

Wheelchairs are available for use within the terminal, but if you require one for your entire journey, this will need to be arranged directly through your airline at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance.

Passengers with hidden disabilities should make themselves known at the Information desk; Bogota Airport is part of the Sunflower program and can provide a lanyard to signal to other staff that you may require assistance. A sign language representative can also be provided upon request at the Information desk.

Finally, accessible parking and priority lanes are available for the exclusive use of pregnant, elderly, or disabled passengers.
