Our Barcelona Airport Transfer Services

If you book a BCN Airport transfer, your driver will wait for you outside the Arrivals Hall of Terminals 1, 2A, 2B, and 2C. You can easily spot your driver as they’ll be holding a sign with your name on it. Following a friendly meet and greet, your driver will give you a hand with your luggage and lead you to your pre-selected vehicle.
Tip: We recommend setting your pickup time to 30 minutes after landing. That way, you can ensure you have enough time to clear arrivals procedures and pick up your luggage.
For transfers to and from your hotel, in the city, or for your return transfer to the airport, we advise being ready at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time.
