If you book an airport transfer from IST Airport, your driver will be waiting for you just outside your gate in the Arrivals Hall, holding a sign with your name. There is only one terminal at Istanbul Airport, so you shouldn’t have trouble finding your driver. After a friendly introduction, your driver will lead you to your vehicle and help you with your luggage. With everything taken care of, all that’s left for you to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
Tip: We advise setting your pickup time to 30 minutes after landing. That way, you can ensure enough time to clear arrival procedures and pick up your luggage.
For rides from your hotel, within the city, or your return trip to the airport, your driver will meet you at the agreed meeting point.
