Welcome Pickups provides personalized transfers in and around Tokyo, as well as long-distance rides to destinations outside the city center, including Shinjuku and Shibuya. We also offer private transfers from Narita International Airport (NRT) – Japan’s second-busiest airport – along with Haneda Airport (HND) and Tokyo Station.

When you book an airport transfer at Tokyo Narita, your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall on the First Floor of Terminal 1, 2, or 3. To help you spot them amongst the crowd, they’ll be holding a sign with your name, and you can always contact them via our app or WhatsApp. Following a warm introduction, you’ll be shown to your preselected vehicle while your driver lends a hand with your luggage. Once you’ve settled in, your Tokyo Narita Airport transfer can begin, so just sit back and enjoy the ride.

Note: We suggest selecting a pick-up time 40 minutes after your flight’s scheduled arrival. This way, you’ll have enough time to clear Immigration and Baggage Claim without rushing. If you’ve arranged a return transfer to Tokyo Narita Airport from your hotel or a ride from another meeting point in the city, it’s best to be ready 15 minutes ahead of your pick-up time.
