If you book an airport transfer from London Heathrow, your driver will meet you in the Arrivals Hall on the Ground Floor of Terminals 2, 3, 4, or 5. If you have trouble finding your driver, you can contact them via WhatsApp or our mobile app. Following a friendly introduction, your driver will lead you to your pre-selected car and help you with any luggage.
