Arriving at Krakow Airport
All passengers will enter arrivals at Krakow Airport via a jetway by shuttle bus or on foot. Once you’re in the building, you will be directed to different areas, depending on your originating country. People flying from a Schengen country will be directed straight to Baggage Claim, while people travelling from outside of Europe or from a non-Schengen country will be directed to Passport Control. If you need to get through Passport Control, be sure to have your ID, Passport and all documents ready for inspection. Krakow Airport arrivals also has electronic ABC gates, which can be used by citizens of EU, EEA, or Swiss countries who have a biometric passport and are over the age of 18 years.
After you have made your way through Passport Control, you will enter the Baggage Claim area. Here, you can use the screens provided to find your flight’s carousel. All large luggage items, such as baby strollers, animals, skis, etc., can be found at the “oversized baggage desk”. Once you have all your personal belongings, you will walk through customs and out into arrivals at Krakow Airport to begin your onward journey.

Krakow Airport (KRK) is extremely well connected to all the important areas in Krakow city centre. The easiest option is to catch a taxi from the airport at Krakow Arrivals, which will take just 25 minutes to reach your desired destination in or near Krakow. The number 300 day bus and 902 night bus will get you to the city centre in 50 minutes, while the Koleje Małopolskie train will take just 20 minutes. You can find the Krakow Airport Train Station just behind the multi-story car park. There’s a footbridge connecting the train station to the main passenger terminal.

Krakow Airport Arrivals Parking
If a loved one is coming to pick you up from the airport at Krakow arrivals, they will have two different parking options. There’s a short-stay car park called Kiss&Fly, which is located just outside of the main terminal building and offers free parking for up to 8 minutes, making it perfect for quick pickups. For longer stays, you can use one of the three long-stay car parks: one multistory car park (P1) and two open-air (P2 and P3). The long-stay parking options cost €3.50 (PLN 15) per hour or €37 (PLN 160) for one day.
