Lisbon Airport

Lisbon Airport provides the MyWay assistance service, designed for passengers with reduced mobility. The service includes mechanical mobility aids and trained staff to support you through departures, arrivals, and transit procedures. In order to access the service, you must arrange it through your airline or travel agent as you book your flights or up to 48 hours before your departure. 

For departures, locate the Designated Point of Arrival, featuring the MyWay logo, and inform staff of your arrival. A member of staff will then guide you through check-in, security, border procedures, and boarding, with the service terminating once you’re seated in the aircraft. 

For connecting flights, staff will meet you on the plane and guide you to the Designated Point of Departure in Arrivals. And finally, if you’re arriving in Lisbon, a staff member will meet you on the plane and support you through all arrival procedures including immigration checks, baggage claim and more.

Lisbon Airport’s Meet and Assist CIP Service offers exclusive assistance for both departure and arrival procedures. This personalised service includes fast-tracked security and border control, as well as private transfers. Additionally, the service comes with access to the ANA Lounge.

To make a reservation, you must email [email protected] requesting a spot at least 5 business days before your departure flight.

Lisbon International Airport provides a modern lounge with fantastic runway views in Terminal 1. There are also two TAP lounges available to eligible passengers.

Terminal 1

ANA Airport Lounge

A large modern space boasting panoramic runway views, the ANA Lounge provides travellers with comfortable seating, premium food and snacks, beverages, WiFi, flight monitors, newspapers and magazines, and TVs. You can also access shower facilities for an extra fee.

*Prices start at €37.26 for adults and €16.56 for children aged 3 to 12 years old.

*Passengers travelling with certain partner airlines or third-party memberships, are eligible for free access or member discounts. 

TAP Premium Lounge

This lounge offers passengers a private area to relax in before their flight, snacks, beverages and alcoholic drinks, WiFi, showers, flight monitors, TVs and a children’s area. 

Terminal 2

TAP Premium Lounge Atlantico

This lounge offers passengers a modern space to wait for boarding, premium food and drinks, TVs, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, and flight monitors.

*Access to TAP lounges is available exclusively to passengers of TAP Air Portugal or its partner airlines,  If you have a business class ticket, a TAP Miles&Go or Star Alliance Gold membership, or a TAP Platinum Visa, access to the lounges is free. However, any eligible passenger can book lounge access online in advance from €25.

Humberto Delgado Airport provides complimentary and unlimited WiFi access throughout both terminal buildings. To connect, enable WiFi on your device and select “_VINCI Airports WiFi” network. Then, open your browser, accept the Terms and Conditions, and press “Connect”.

Lisbon Airport provides various baggage services for a hassle-free journey. Safe Bag offers luggage cleaning, disinfection, and wrapping services to passengers wanting to protect their luggage.

Alternatively, those needing temporary storage can make use of the storage lockers available on the departures floor outside Terminal 1. For up to 3 hours of storage, you’ll pay €3 for small items, €5 for medium items, and €7 for large. After 3 hours, the lock won’t open until a payment is made for the additional time.
