Paris–Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), also known as Roissy Airport, is the main international airport in Paris, France. It is located in Roissy-en-France, 23 km northeast of the city and is a hub for Air France and other major airlines such as Star Alliance and SkyTeam. In 2022, it served over 57 million passengers, making it the ninth busiest airport in the world and the third busiest in Europe. It is also the busiest airport in the European Union.

To book these services, you can contact the airport’s special assistance desk in Terminals 1, 2E, 2F, and 2G. Alternatively, you can request assistance when booking or by contacting your airline directly. It is recommended to request the service at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Upon arrival at the airport, you can also request assistance at the designated meeting points located throughout the airport.

Parking at Paris CDG Airport

Paris Airport parking options are plentiful. Whether you’re going on an extended holiday or a quick city break, airport parking at Paris CDG Airport provides convenient options for all your needs, with 24/7 surveillance and a free shuttle service (CDGVal) between all car parks and terminals.

 

The main car parks, P1, P3, PAB, PCD, PEF and PG can be used for short-term and long-term parking for the various terminals and rates are the same, starting at €3.50 for the first 15 minutes and €45 for 1 day. It’s best to check which of these car parks is closest to your terminal:

Paris CDG Airport Terminals

Paris CDG Airport has three terminals. Terminal 1, recognisable by its octopus-style architecture, mainly deals with Star Alliance Airlines. Terminal 2, the biggest of the three terminals, is Air France’s international hub and Terminal 3 is predominantly used by low-cost airlines. It’s important to note that Terminals 2A and 2C are temporarily closed.

 

All terminals have plenty of facilities such as charging points, currency exchange and cash services, meditation areas, rest areas, toilets and baby changing services, medical facilities and information desks. Shops, bars and restaurants are also plentiful, with all levels easily accessible via lift or escalator.
