Arriving at Wroclaw Airport
When landing at the airport in Wroclaw, arrivals will be expected to present a valid form of ID – in most cases a passport – and if you’re traveling from a country outside the Schengen Zone, you may also need a visa.
Passengers arriving from another Schengen country will not be required to pass through Immigration or present a visa*, however, you must ensure that you are within the 90/180 day timeframe granted to most foreigners.
The next step will be to collect your luggage. As you enter the Baggage Claim area, refer to the information screen to find the conveyor belt that corresponds with your flight number. Arrivals can then proceed to Customs, where they should declare any imported goods or items such as fruit and plant materials.
*The new European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS), a pre-authorization system for visa-exempt travelers entering the Schengen area, is expected to launch in late 2026.
