For instance, a sedan with room for 4 passengers costs €52, or €73 for a minivan that can accommodate 8 passengers. If you’re traveling in a larger group, there’s also the option of a 12-seater minibus for €175.

Transfers can be arranged either online or via the Welcome Pickups app. To book and confirm, you’ll need to enter a few personal details, your flight information, and select a pick-up time. You’ll then be sent a bespoke quote with a link to confirm.

Simply enter the details of your hotel and request in the “Notes” section of the booking form. A member of our customer service team will then be in touch with a final quote.

Our drivers all receive live flight status updates, so if your flight is delayed, they can adjust your pickup time accordingly. To ensure you arrive relaxed, we also offer up to 1 hour of free waiting time as part of our service.

Our vehicles offer a generous amount of luggage space, providing ample room for Christmas gifts and other items. As a guide, each passenger can carry one standard-sized suitcase, in addition to a carry-on bag.
