Although you can’t select the make or model for your transfer, you can select the vehicle type, i.e., a modern sedan or a spacious minivan, for more privacy. Regardless of the type, you have nothing to worry about, as we check all the vehicles of the drivers we work with to ensure safety, comfort, and reliability.

If you want to plan a specific stop in advance, for example, a famous patisserie to pick up a cake, you can add it as a special request through the booking form. For last-minute stops, you will need to let your driver know before you start the ride, and if there is no schedule conflict, your driver will be happy to assist. Keep in mind that planned or not, additional stops may come with extra charges.

Your driver will be waiting inside the Domestic or International Arrivals Hall at Bali Airport and will hold a sign with your name to help you spot them. You’ll also get an email with their contact information and photo before your transfer. If you still can’t find your driver, you can contact them via WhatsApp or the Welcome Pickups app.

Your driver will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly if there’s a flight delay. If there is a schedule conflict, your transfer will be re-assigned and you will receive an email with the updated pickup time and your new driver’s details.
