Cairo International Airport is a large airport with four terminals across multiple buildings. Terminal 1 is the oldest building with four distinct halls, handling both domestic, regional, and international flights. Terminal 2 is the smallest of the terminals with 7 boarding gates. There is a bridge between Terminals 2 and 3. Terminal 3 is the largest of the terminals, with the capacity to service over 11 million passengers alone. The final terminal, Terminal 4, is reserved for assisting Muslim passengers traveling to and from Hajj. All four terminals are fully equipped with basic facilities for a comfortable transit, including bathrooms, baby change facilities, free Wi-Fi, prayer rooms, and ample seating.
