Once you’ve disembarked the plane, you’ll proceed towards passport control, except for those flying from a Schengen destination. There are two lines, one for EU passport holders and another for non-EU members. If you’re travelling from outside the Schengen zone and/or Europe, be sure to double-check visa and immigration rules for entering Italy.

After clearing ID checks, you can head towards baggage claim, pick up your bags, and pass through customs into Naples Airport Arrivals Hall. It’s always a good idea to read up on customs and duties regulations before arriving.

Transport from Naples Airport Arrivals

Alongside a few car rental booths in the Arrivals Hall on the ground floor, you’ll find the exits to public transportation and ground transportation services. The only public transport option available is the bus. The Alibus shuttle gets you to Naples city centre in around 15 minutes, and the Curreri Viaggi bus service is a great option for Sorrento.
More conveniently, you can take a taxi or private transfer from directly in front of the terminals and enjoy a direct, door-to-door service to your final destination.
