Naples International Airport is fully accessible, with ramps and lifts where needed, as well as accessible toilets and changing rooms. The airport also provides support for visually impaired travellers making their way through the airport, offering them a dedicated path and tactile maps. Likewise, if you are a person with reduced mobility, there are various ways to request help at the airport.

You can book Special Assistance for departure and arrival procedures through your airline or via the airport website. This should be done up to 48 hours before your flight and you should include any necessary information regarding your disability and if you are bringing a mobility aid. 

You can also request assistance whilst at the airport, by using the help buttons and intercom systems placed throughout the airport complex. Just bear in mind that you may end up having to wait as those who book in advance get priority.

For assistance with departures, you can announce your arrival by using the help buttons around the airport or at the Special Assistance desk in departures and a member of staff will take you through to your gate. You can also head to one of the Special Assistance Lounges (Sala Amica) either in the check-in area or after security.

For arrivals, an assistant will be waiting for you as you disembark, ready to accompany you through passport checks and baggage claim. 

Naples Airport offers a meet and assist service for a more personalised experience at the airport. If you book this service, dedicated staff will assist with portering, check-in, Fast Track security, and customs procedures. And you’ll also gain access to the VIP Pearl Lounge, a family area, and meeting rooms.

There is just one Naples Airport lounge, the PEARL Lounge. It features a modern relaxation area kitted out with all the necessary extras such as food and drinks, shower facilities, lounge chairs, charging points and even meeting rooms. The lounge is open from 05:00-21:00 and is located on the first floor of the main terminal, after security.

To book a lounge, you can reserve your spot online in advance regardless of ticket class. Alternatively, Priority Pass members can gain access to the lounge without prior booking.

Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout Naples Airport’s terminal areas for up to four hours. To connect, simply select the “NAPLES_AIRPORT_FREE” Wi-Fi network on your device, open your browser, complete the registration process on the welcome page, and click “connect”.

Luggage Storage

Conveniently situated on the first floor near security, Naples Capodichino Airport provides luggage storage services. Rates start at €10 per day per bag for the basic service and €12 for the premium service, which includes storage in a private room or box. Operating hours are from 04:30 to 22:00 daily.

Additionally, TrueStar sells a selection of travel accessories and also offers baggage weighing services.
