Your driver will be waiting in the public area of the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with the name you booked your transfer with. Before your transfer, you’ll receive an email with their contact information and photo, so spotting them in the crowd should be easy. You can also download the Welcome Pickups Traveler app on your mobile, where you can find a photo of the exact meeting point.

No actions are required on your end in case of a flight delay; your driver will monitor your arrival and adjust the pickup time accordingly. You will get an email with the new pickup time and your driver’s details in case there is a schedule conflict and your transfer needs to be re-assigned.
