If your flight is late, there’s no need to worry. All of our drivers receive live updates about your flight, and they’ll even wait up to 1 hour free of charge from the new landing time. 

You can also keep them updated via WhatsApp or the Welcome app.

Your booking will be paid for in advance and includes all charges, so there’s nothing to pay on the day. We accept credit and debit card payments, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay.

Paying for your return with cash is also an option if you book directly with your driver when they pick you up.
