Terminal Information

There are two terminals at Budapest International Airport, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. However, Terminal 1 is closed, and Terminal 2 has been split into two sections T2A which serves flights to and from the Schengen zone and T2B which serves flights outside the Schengen Zone. The two sections are within a short walk from one another, with the SkyCourt connecting the two areas.

 

Each terminal features three primary levels:

  • Arrivals Level: Ground floor designated for incoming passengers.
  • Departures Level: First floor allocated for check-in and boarding procedures.
  • Mezzanine Level: Intermediate floor housing various amenities, including lounges and dining options.

 

Passengers can enjoy a variety of services across both terminals including a chapel, a kid’s play area, ATMs, cafes, bars, restaurants and currency exchanges.
