Porto Airport, also known as Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, is a single terminal building spread over three levels, with more than 30 airlines in operation. All Arrivals to Porto Airport are handled on the first floor, regardless of whether you are arriving from a Schengen or non-Schengen country. Arriving at Porto Airport

Upon landing, arrivals at Porto Airport should follow the marked pathway to Arrivals or Immigration. If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or the Schengen Area, you may be asked to present a valid ID when entering Portugal. All other passengers must present a passport, and if required, an appropriate visa. This applies whether you’re entering from a Schengen or non-Schengen country.

After Passport Control, follow the signs to baggage claim and refer to the information boards to find your flight’s baggage carousel. Once you’ve collected any luggage, you will need to pass through Customs. Portugal requires passengers to declare money and goods above a certain limit, otherwise, you can continue through to the Arrivals Hall.

There are several modes of transport available at Porto Airport arrivals, connecting passengers to the main city centre as well as the surrounding area. Porto Airport taxis and private transfers provide the most convenient and direct route and can be found right in front of the terminal building. Subways, buses and shuttles depart regularly throughout the day with stops located within a 5-minute walk of the terminal.

Porto Airport Arrivals Parking

There are several options for Porto Airport arrivals parking. The Kiss & Fly area is located right outside Arrivals and you can pull up to the curbside free of charge for a maximum of 10 minutes. Within 24 hours, you can use this option no more than twice, after that, you’ll be charged €2 for an additional 5 minutes and then €2 for every 3 minutes over 15 minutes. If you need longer, the P0 or P1 are your next closest option, with prices starting at €1.20 for 15 minutes, and reaching up to €29 a day.
