Prague Airport

Prague Airport is fully accessible, with ramps and lifts where needed, as well as accessible toilets and changing rooms. The airport also provides specialised support for arrivals, departures, and transit procedures for people with reduced mobility.

To book assistance, you must do so through your airline,  preferably at the time of booking.  In this case, you’ll be automatically provided with assistance throughout your whole journey – there and back! Alternatively, you can request assistance at the check-in counters, information desks or Special Assistance help points throughout the airport complex. Just bear in mind that those who book in advance get priority.

You can expect support throughout all airport processes including check-in, bag drop, security, passport control, boarding and disembarking, baggage claim, transfers to and from the plane and so on. For arrivals, a member of staff will be waiting for you at the plane’s entrance. For departures, you must notify staff at the Special Assistance desk or your check-in counter and wait for a member of staff to meet you.

VIP Service Club Continental is a premium service offering passengers a quick, hassle-free, and luxurious experience at Prague Airport. Packages are available for arrivals and departures and typically include a reserved parking space, instant check-in, porter services, fast-tracked security and immigration, and a private transfer to or from your plane. You also also get access to a VIP lounge.

Prague International Airport provides a couple of lounges for passengers to use ahead of departing flights. To book a lounge, you can reserve your spot online in advance or pay at the entrance on the day. Just keep in mind that walk-ins are accepted based on capacity.

Terminal 1

Mastercard Lounge

This lounge offers passengers a private, modern area to relax in before their flight, snacks, spirits and liquor, WiFi, showers, flight monitors, TVs and a children’s area.

Terminal 2

Fast Track Lounge

The Fast Track Lounge provides passengers with a modern space to wait for departures, all-inclusive snacks and drinks, a TV, Wi-Fi and newspapers, showers, and a children’s corner. Plus, this lounge guarantees you fast-track access to a private security checkpoint and offers paid extras such as private check-in.

Erste Premier Lounge

Erste Premier Lounge provides travellers with a private relaxation area, premium food, snacks and drinks, showers, WiFi, newspapers and magazines, TVs and a children’s area.

Prague Airport provides a free Wi-Fi network that runs at a speed of 512 kb/s for travellers passing through the airport. Simply connect your device to the “Prague Airport WiFi Free” network or type “prg.aero-free” into your browser and follow the instructions.
