Vienna Airport

Vienna Airport provides PRM services for people with reduced mobility, which include a personal escort, priority access to eliminate waiting times, parking discounts, and apron transfers, which are accessible transfers from terminal to terminal or from terminal to aircraft and back.

To use these services, you must notify your airline or travel company at least 48 hours before departure. You can still receive help at the check-in desk, though there may be a wait as priority goes to those who’ve booked in advance. 

Upon arrival, you can use designated parking spaces and then announce yourself at the mobility service desk in the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 3.

Suppose you have a hidden disability and would like extra consideration as you move through the airport. In that case, you can wear a sunflower or get a sunflower product from the three Airport Service Counters in Terminal 1, Terminal 3 (Level 0) and Terminal 3 (Level 1). If you have a visual impairment, you can use the Aira App for free at Vienna Airport.

The airport has two lounges for travellers to enjoy, as well as several Austrian Airline lounges. A popular service amongst business travellers and families, anyone can access the lounges, as long as you book in advance on the airport website to guarantee yourself a spot.

• Vienna Lounge (T1) offers premium food and drinks, a comfortable seating area, showers, WiFi, and even a children’s play area – prices start at €44.
• SKY Lounge (T3) provides a cold and hot buffet, a wide range of drinks, working spaces, massage chairs, showers, a prayer room, and meeting rooms, with prices starting at €44. 
• Austrian Airlines Lounges (T1 and T3) are all fully equipped with modern seating, flight monitors, premium food and drinks options and more. 

*Passengers of specific airlines and ticket classes, as well as passengers holding select membership cards, have free or discounted access to the lounges.

Premium services at Vienna Airport include a porter service and a premium departure service.   The departure service is a super convenient way to breeze through departure procedures at the airport. For €69 per person, a personal attendant will collect you from a pre-arranged meeting point and guide you to your gate or lounge. 

Additionally, the airport porter service is a great option for those with lots of luggage. An attendant will collect you from the meeting point and transfer you and your luggage to the check-in point for €45.

Vienna Airport offers a comprehensive VIP Terminal service both for arrivals and departures. Especially popular amongst business travellers, the service includes a meet and greet, valet parking, and exclusive fast-track security and passport control procedures. You can also enjoy a premium check-in service, a private lounge, and a personal attendant who takes care of luggage and transportation to and from your flight. 

Any passengers can book the service, you just have to book and pay online in advance. Different packages include different perks and prices range from €430 to €700.

Free WiFi is available throughout the terminals at Vienna Airport. Just connect your device to the airport’s free network and start browsing for as long as you like. 

Baggage services at Vienna Airport include baggage storage options and baggage wrapping. You can store your luggage, valuables or clothes at the Baggage Storage, Safe and Cloakroom in Terminal 3. Prices range from €5-€10 per day for hand luggage and check-in luggage, and €3 per day for clothing items. Baggage wrapping services are also available for €15 per suitcase at Terminals 1 and 3.
