Vienna Airport Arrivals Terminal

Location – The Arrivals Hall for all terminals is on Level 0 in Terminal 3.

Arriving at Vienna Airport

After landing, you may need to go through Passport Control before you get to Baggage Claim. If you’re coming from a Schengen country you won’t need to present your passport and can head straight to pick up your luggage. If you have arrived from a country that is not a member of the Schengen area, you will have to show your passport at the checkpoint
Upon collecting your luggage and exiting the airside area, your final step is to pass through Vienna Airport customs. Just ensure you’ve checked the customs rules for entering Vienna in case you have something to declare.

Vienna Airport Transport

Aside from car rental booths, you’ll also find exits to various transportation services in the Arrivals Hall on Level 0, in Terminal 3. Public transport options include buses and trains, providing routes to destinations in and around Vienna including Bratislava. Likewise, you can take an airport taxi directly in front of the terminals.

*Vienna Airport Train Station is located on Level -1.

What to do in Vienna International Airport Arrivals?

Whether you’re arriving at Vienna Airport early, or picking up a friend or family member whose flight is late, Vienna Airport Arrivals Hall provides plenty of facilities and services to keep you occupied. The Arrivals Hall for all flights is in Terminal 3 and has toilets, WiFi, currency exchange and cash services, transport options, shops, and restaurants and cafes.

Vienna Airport Arrivals Parking

If you’re picking someone up from arrivals at Vienna Airport, you have a few parking options. For a quick pickup, you can use the Terminal Approach, although the dedicated zone is near the departure level rather than the arrival level. If you plan on staying longer than 10 minutes, the short-term car park and car parks 3 and 4 are conveniently located close to the terminals and you’ll pay by hour.

Car Park 3 (T1 and T1A) and Car Park 4 (T3): direct access to the corresponding terminal, with prices no more than €5.20 per hour.

Short-term parking K1 and K3: opposite the Arrivals Hall, parking tickets cost €5.50 an hour.

Terminal Approach: Drop off and pick up lane outside Departures, 10 minutes free parking.
