Arrivals at Barcelona Airport

Once you’ve disembarked the plane, you’ll proceed towards Barcelona Airport’s passport control zone, except for those flying from a Schengen destination. All non-Schengen flight passengers will be required to pass through passport checks, so make sure you’ve checked which travel documents are needed to enter Spain.

Next, you can head towards baggage claim, pick up your luggage, and pass through customs into Barcelona Airport Arrivals Hall. It’s always a good idea to read up on customs and duties regulations before arriving and to make sure you pass through the correct channel. The blue channel is for EU passengers, the green is for nothing to declare, and the red is for goods to declare. If you are carrying restricted goods, you must declare it here.
