The TGV train leaves from its own special platform, one level below the ticket station at Terminal 2. The station is located between the two sub-terminals 2D and 2F. From Terminals 1 and 3, you will need to take the free CDGVAL shuttle to terminal 2.
The RER train leaves from Terminal 3 in the Roissypole building. From there, you descend one level using the elevator or escalators, and you will be on the train platform.
