How to get from Kavala airport to city centre by bus
As Kavala airport is located in Chrysoupoli, 34 km from the downtown area of Kavala, there is only a local (KTEL) bus which connects the airport to the city. In fact, the vehicle that operates the transfer is a minibus which can accommodate up to 19-20 persons. The total trip takes around 40 minutes, depending on the traffic conditions and the bus ticket costs 5€.
