The seaside town of Świnoujście on the Baltic Coast of Poland is spread across a smattering of islands, leaving much to explore and discover. Start with one of the trails through the national park on Wolin Island, with a beautiful beech forest and bison reserve, or Uznam for sandy beaches, a quaint 19th-century lighthouse, and water sports the whole family can enjoy.
If you’re planning on travelling from Szczecin Airport to Świnoujście the main ways to get there are by taxi, private transfer, or train. The fastest way is to take a train or private airport taxi which will have you arriving in Świnoujście in around 70 minutes if the traffic conditions are good. A cheaper but more tedious alternative is to take the train which requires a transfer in Goleniów before travelling onwards to Świnoujście and takes 75 minutes, not including potentially long wait and transfer times.
Welcome Pickups offers meet and greet services and a friendly introduction to Szczecin at the same price as a regular taxi. Click here to see the cost.
