Where can I find the metro?

The Blue Line metro stops at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. In Terminal 1, you can find the metro station (Lindbergh Station) under the Red, Blue and Silver parking ramps. To get there, you can take the tram from the Tram Level to the Red, Blue and Silver parking ramps, and then follow the signs directing you to the Metro Blue Line station. If you are in Terminal 2, you can find the Blue Line station on the north side of the Orange Ramp. To get there from Level 1, go up to the Orange Ramp skyway with the elevator or escalator, and then follow the signs to the station.

Convenience

The metro is a great alternative to taking a taxi if you want to save some money, especially if you are travelling light. However, with the waiting time and the journey time combined, it will take a little longer to reach the Mall of America. During most hours of the day, the entire trip will take roughly 25 minutes.

The Route 54 bus picks up and drops off at Terminal 1 only. You can find the bus at the Transit Centre on the Silver ramp’s Level 1. If you are in Terminal 2 and want to take the bus, you can easily take the light rail for free to reach Terminal 1.
