There is a public bus, (KTEL) that runs from Athens airport to Rafina Port approximately every hour, from 04:40am to 20:45pm. Tickets can be purchased directly from the bus driver, and the price is 3€ one-way. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes.

Tickets from Athens airport to Rafina port cost 3€ for adults and are free for children under the age of 6 years.
Where do I get it from?
The suburban bus station is located opposite the arrival exit doors 2 & 3, in front of the Sofitel Airport Hotel.
The public bus from Athens airport to Rafina port only runs from 04:40 to 20:45, so if you arrive after this time you will need to take a taxi. Also, the timetable of the KTEL bus is subject to a lot of changes, so you may have a long wait until you are able to embark.
Taking the bus is your best option if you are on a tight budget. However, if you would like a little extra time to explore the lovely port of Rafina, I would recommend taking a taxi or private car.
