Bristol Temple Meads is the oldest and largest train station in England. Opened in 1840, this railway station was designed by British engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel. From Bristol Temple Meads Station, you can make your way to almost anywhere in the city as it’s a major transport hub.
There are two different ways to get from Bristol airport to Temple Meads station; taxi and bus. Taking a Bristol airport taxi is the most comfortable and quickest way to travel as it takes just 16 minutes to reach Temple Meads and costs €29 (£24 GBP) for up to 4 passengers. A more budget-friendly option is to take the Airport Flyer bus, which costs €10 (£8 GBP) one-way but takes around 25 minutes to reach the station.
Welcome Pickups offers meet and greet services and a friendly introduction to Bristol at the same price as a regular taxi. Click here to see the cost.
