The fastest bus option would be to take the bus from the airport to Kranj (20 minutes) and from there, take a connecting bus to Lake Bled (40 minutes), or you can take the bus to Ljubljana city centre (50 minutes) where you can take a connecting bus to Bled (1 hour).
