The only direct transfer option is to take an airport taxi or private transfer, which takes around 55 minutes to reach La Spezia and costs around €200 for up to 4 passengers. The train from Pisa Airport to La Spezia isn’t direct, so you will first need to take the Pisa Mover to Pisa Centrale station. The public transport option will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes but will cost just €14 per person.
