To get to downtown Victoria by public transport will only cost you €3.40 (CAD 5), but you will have to take two buses. Bus service 88 will get you from Victoria Airport to McTavish Transit Exchange, and from there, you can catch the 72 bus service to downtown Victoria. The total travel time is 62 minutes, not accounting for waiting time.
