There are three transport options from Zagreb Airport (ZAG) to the city centre of Zagreb. After landing at Franjo Tuđman Airport you can get to the city centre either by taxi, bus or shuttle bus.

If you prefer to travel by public transport, you can board bus 290 with direction to Kvaternikov Square, a central transport hub in downtown Zagreb. The public bus leaves roughly every 35 minutes during the day and a single ticket costs €0.5 for a single ride lasting up to 30 minutes and €0.90 for rides up to 60 minutes long. It takes 35 minutes on average to get to the city centre of Zagreb by bus. The shuttle bus to the city centre of Zagreb from Franjo Tuđman Airport takes 40 minutes on average to reach the Zagreb Central Bus Terminal in the city centre. Tickets are €4 and Pleso Prijevoz shuttle buses leave every 30 minutes between 6.00am-10.30pm and whenever a flight arrives in the late night hours. If you want to reach the Central Zagreb Train Station, Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor, you need to take tram line 13 from Kvternikov Square and tram line 2 from the Zagreb Central Bus Station.
