If your cruise is arriving at the stunning island of Grenada, you’re in for a treat. It’s a lush island with a friendly community and incredible views. One of the must-see destinations in Grenada is Grand Anse Beach. This beach is often listed as one of the best beaches in the world. You can’t miss it!
To travel from the cruise port to Grand Anse Beach, Grenada, you have two main options. The recommended route is to take a taxi or private transfer. It shouldn’t take longer than 25 minutes in normal traffic. The second way to travel is by bus. The bus depot in St. George’s is very close to the cruise terminal, however as the buses don’t have set departure times, the wait can be long. There’s also no set route so it may take upwards of 30 minutes or more to get to your destination, depending on the other passengers.
For ease and comfort, we recommend booking a private transfer in advance. This ensures you’ll have zero wait times and a personal driver arranged, who’ll transport you and your loved ones safely.
Welcome Pickups offers meet and greet services and a friendly introduction to Grenada at the same price as a regular taxi. Click here to see the cost.
