Hyderabad Deccan Railway Station is the main train station in the city. It’s located in Nampally and there are 6 different platforms that make up this one-way terminus. Small local and larger cross-country trains leave Hyderabad Deccan Railway Station, making it an important transportation hub.
There are two modes of transportation to take from Hyderabad airport to the railway station; taxi or bus. Taking a Hyderabad airport taxi is the only direct option, it takes just 35 minutes to reach the Hyderabad railway station and costs around €12 (INR 950). The bus, on the other hand, isn’t direct, so it will take at least 1 hour and 40 minutes to reach the railway station and will cost approximately €4 (INR 330) one-way.
Welcome Pickups offers meet and greet services and a friendly introduction to Hyderabad at the same price as a regular taxi. Click here to see the cost.
