The Jeepney Bus only departs from Terminal 1 at Manila airport. You can find the buses at the Arrivals Area Rd. Each bus will have a sign on it stating its direction, be sure to choose the bus to Makati.

Although slightly cheaper than taking a taxi, choosing the local bus for your transfer from Manila airport to Makati is the least convenient option. During peak times you will need to squash into a small bus, often with no air conditioning, which can be quite uncomfortable.
