If you’re traveling from Rimini Airport, officially known as Federico Fellini International Airport, to Ravenna in the northeast of Italy, there are three ways you can travel; taxi, private transfer, or a combined bus and train journey. The quickest way to get there is by a Rimini Airport taxi or Rimini Airport transfer, which takes around an hour and offers the only door-to-door option in the comfort of a private vehicle.
On the other hand, the public transport option is by far the cheapest mode of transport, although it does require a transfer from the bus to the train at Rimini Central Station and takes 1 hour and 25 minutes, excluding wait or transfer times.
*The metro can be taken in place of the bus part of the journey, however, it requires a 10-minute walk to the station and therefore, isn’t very convenient.
Welcome Pickups offers meet and greet services and a friendly introduction to Rimini at the same price as a regular taxi. Click here to see the cost.
