You can find the Expreso Bavaro bus at the main bus station located at Parque Enriquillo in Santo Domingo city centre. The bus is a large coach that is white in colour.

Convenience

Taking the public bus is the least convenient way to get from SDQ airport to Punta Cana. Not only will you have to take a taxi into Santo Domingo city centre, but then you will have to wait up to 2 hours for the bus to arrive. Also, if you land after 15:00, you won’t make the last bus to Punta Cana, so you will have to wait until the next day.

Although taking the bus is a good budget option, you will need to take a taxi from the airport to Santo Domingo first, which will increase the cost by a lot. If you can spend a little more, it's much more convent to take a taxi directly from SDQ to Punta Cana.
